Delivery/Shipping

Each product will have a specific date advising on when products will be shipped/received and this information will be stated on your receipt and/or the first or second banner on the website and next to the product on the product page (if not sold out).

Please note: We are not immune to delays so if you have a special occasion in which you need this item for please email us and we can arrange payment for next day delivery guaranteed or can advise if this can be catered for.

Do not email us after you have paid for your item to ask for a specified date for your item to be delivered. In cases where we cannot meet your requirements we will issue a refund within 24 hours.

Delivery charges

We have a set £5 delivery charge for all deliveries within the UK.

International deliveries are £12.

Next day delivery is £8.50 within the UK and can only be arranged before you place your purchase.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

We hope you enjoy your item, however in the event of you wanting to exchange and/or refund we can assist you with your request as long as the following applies:

- Item is unworn

- Item has original swing tag attached

- You notify us within 7 days of you receiving your order

If you wish to exchange/refund please email us at: info@cashmottoclothing.com with your order number, name, address, item, your request and we will respond with our returns address. 

Please ensure you keep proof of postage when returning your item(s). Once received and we have inspected the returned items please allow 5 working days for you to receive your refund and/or ship your exchanged item(s). We will notify you during this process with an update.
